C&S Investment European Strategy Basket
Goal
The C&S Investment European Strategy Basket Europe is designed to produce returns by focusing on identifying the best stocks within the sectors across the market cap spectrum in Europe. The identification process allows us to evaluate the companies within the entire sector and select the best in class. The certificate is issued by UBS AG.
Investment Strategy
Positioning will be based by organising the best in class companies within their country and sector. We then select the leading countries and their respective leading sectors to invest in the most promising industry groups within our selection criteria.
Portfolio Profile
Risk is well diversified across countries and markets within Europe. On average there are 35 holdings in the portfolio. There is no currency risk within the portfolio as Switzerland is excluded from the basket.
Liquidity Management
In addition to the portfolio profile individual positions are managed via stop losses. Also, the portfolio is subject to risk reduction rules and all positions are very liquid and can be closed within days. Short Selling is not allowed.
